Wedding Planning Services

Full Planning

This service includes us managing your wedding from design to delivery using our planning software. The software is a really intuitive tool that you access online, from there we share key information, design boards, budget, suppliers and tasks all in one place.

Our Full Planning services consist of:

• Creating a design board for your wedding
• Working with you to personalise your wedding events
• Down-selecting and presenting suppliers in each category
• Booking and attending supplier meetings
• Developing and managing your budget estimate
• Supplier contracting & payment management
• RSVP Management
• Creating a detailed running order including scale floor plans
• On the day co-ordination – we’ll be there on the day to manage the setup and running of your wedding events including at least one primary planner and one assistant

Bespoke Planning

Bespoke planning is a service suited more for couples who want to plan their own wedding but want to ensure it all goes to plan on the day. Unlike the typical “on the day co-ordination service” we get involved much earlier so that we can fully understand your events and assist you when you need it the most.

Our Bespoke Planning service consists of:

• Providing supplier recommendations for your remaining suppliers
• Logistics planning once you’ve concluded each supplier booking
• Setting you up on our planning software, so all of your “wedmin” is in one place. The software can be used for your guestlist, seating planning, budgeting and so much more, it’s even pre-loaded with our task lists to ensure you have everything covered.
• Creating a detailed running order including scale floor plans
• On the day co-ordination – we’ll be there on the day to manage the setup and running of your wedding events including at least one primary planner and one assistant
