We hired Sundar Weddings to help coordinate our wedding from start to finish; including the Mehndi night and we were completely blown away by how everything came together. They always had everything under control and there was never a time where we needed to worry about anything. There was one hiccup (with a transport company) that Sundar Weddings handled like absolute pros, which allowed us to spend time with our family and friends who had travelled halfway around the world to celebrate our special day with us.

Just to say a massive thank you for all of your hard work and attention to detail. Our wedding events were all absolutely fantastic, with each one being beautifully individual in its own right. This was really appreciated by our guests- especially those who could not come to all events.
It was such a relief to have Sundar Weddings on board as both of our schedules are rather hectic and just would not have been able to plan the wedding we had without loosing our sanity. We interviewed a number of planners initially and could not be more pleased with our choice to go with Sundar. Without your things to do lists and activity reports, it would have been very easy for us to postpone a lot of tasks and to loose the momentum. The hardest thing about the wedding has been writing Thank you cards post wedding- over 2 months later and I'm yet to do them! Having more than one event did mean it could have logistically been a bit of a nightmare, but it all ran smoothly thanks to you both going above and beyond- for example you going back to my Mum's house on day 2 to get a box I had forgotten for day 3! It would take a book to categorically state all of the little details and stories of how Sundar helped to made our wedding what it was.
As Hindu wedding specialists you were able to recommend a variety of fantastic suppliers and fun ways to engage all of our guests - irrespective of background - with the Hindu ceremony. All of our guests have been very complimentary and it is really nice to hear from guests for who it was a new experience to the regular Asian wedding attendee.
Having an independent party to provide advice and to deal with sensitive issues with our friends and family in a diplomatic way really helped to take a lot of the stress from the planning process and during the events. It is really nice that you are a couple that we were able to have a giggle with you guys even in highly stressful situations. We hope you guys stay in touch.

We were incredibly lucky to have Sundar Weddings on board for our special day. Right from our first meeting, they followed a framework to structure our plans and were attentive to our personal preferences and style. Throughout the nine-month planning process they worked day and night to ensure that all of the details were seen to and became more than just our wedding planners - more like our new best friends! As we had no previous experience of organising such large events, Sundar Weddings listened to our requirements and provided a variety of options for us to choose from in preparation for all key decisions. This saved hundreds of hours chasing quotations and minimised the stress of haggling with suppliers to ensure that we got the best deal, rather than just choosing the recommendations given to us by our caterer or venue. We felt that we gained a huge amount of value compared to the very reasonable fee involved in bringing Sundar Weddings on board. The whole day was an amazing success, and one we will both remember for the rest of our lives. It went beyond our wildest expectations, but throughout it all, it was reassuring to have both Ajay and LaToya around to make sure everything ran smoothly. When we had problems with our hired formal attire, they spoke to the company and personally drove to pick up replacements. When there were problems with the room arrangements, they contacted the hotel manager to reach a quick solution. It felt that no stone would be left unturned to ensure that we had no worries on our big day. Every part of our day was planned to the minutest of detail - and with contingency. Judging by the Hindu weddings we had previously attended, timing seemed to be a likely challenge. However, as Sundar Weddings specialise in just Hindu weddings, they had the experience necessary to anticipate potential issues and deal with problems swiftly. We trusted Ajay and LaToya to keep all our suppliers to the agreed schedule and we were thrilled with how efficiently things ran on the day.
Overall, we cannot thank Sundar Weddings enough for delivering such a wonderful wedding with such heartfelt dedication. Every detail - from the hand-stitched embroidered handbags for the bridesmaids (thanks to LaToya’s mum!) to the personal gifts they gave to each of us before our nuptials - showed us how much they genuinely care about what they do. If we had one piece of advice to couples planning to wed, it would be to get Sundar Weddings on board from the start.

When we met I wasn't really sure how much value you could add to our venue's event - we had started planning it already, the date was set and we had some elements decided already...we were only 2 weeks away from the big day. But from your first day on the job, I knew I had picked the right team. You treated my event like your own and your pride in your work was second to none. I always felt that I had control as you expertly consulted with me and ensured that I was able to make the final call on decisions that arose.
In dealing with the various suppliers I trusted you implicitly to have my vision and best interests in mind – I never doubted that you understood what I wanted to achieve. The dedication and hard work you put in was incredible; the results were outstanding.
One of the things I valued most was that you were onsite throughout the event, which meant I was able to mingle with the guests.
